How long does an engagement usually take?
It depends on the service. The Morning Review is a single session. The Pricing Reflection spans five weeks with two dedicated meetings. Steady Year Support runs across twelve months with monthly contact. We try not to rush things — useful reflection takes a little time.
Do sessions take place in person or remotely?
We can accommodate both. Our office is at Plaza Mont Kiara in Kuala Lumpur, and we're happy to meet there. For owners based further away or who simply prefer a quieter setup, sessions can also happen by video call.
What if I'm not sure which service is right for me?
That's perfectly fine — and honestly, quite common. Send us a short note about your situation and we can suggest a natural starting point. There's no obligation attached to that first conversation.
How are the prices structured — any hidden charges?
The prices shown cover the full scope of each service: sessions, written follow-ups, and any agreed support in between. We don't add charges along the way without a clear conversation first.
